Carbon steel forgings often have a tight grain structure, making it mechanically strong to withstand friction and other effects. Hence, this type of steel forging does not require a number of expensive alloys just to achieve high strength components.

Closed Die Forging is a forging process in which dies (called tooling) that contain a precut profile of the desired part move towards each other and covers the workpiece in whole or in part. The heated raw material, which is approximately the shape or size of the final forged part, is placed in the bottom die.

Our seamless ring rolling process produces a forged steel ring to tight tolerances which allows for minimum material allowance and very little waste
