Forging machines have several parts, including:

• Die: Has two halves, with one connected to the ram and the other resting on the base 

Forging is the process of forming material into a solid state, typically by heating the metal first to make it malleable and then hammering or pressing it to create a specific shape. Machining is a term that is typically a computerized process that passes a piece of metal into the machining tool.

n the cold forging process, the workpiece is compressed in a mold at room temperature. In the case of warm forging, the workpiece is compressed in a mold below the recrystallization temperature, and has the advantage of forming a more complicated shape than in the cold forging process.

Our seamless ring rolling process produces a forged steel ring to tight tolerances which allows for minimum material allowance and very little waste
